I have the impression that after the adoption of the Convention on the intention to respect minority languages and language development , not toward conservation , their hibernation , is taking more and more space . I have seen positive movements in Sicily and Calabria in recent years . Mindset after which the more languages one knows , the more worth are increasingly occupies more space in our time . Yes within a single language , what about the different varieties ? What about Albanian and its eventual varieties ?
I had occasions to hear different interpretations for the reasons that have caused reactions associated with the use of Albanian state standards after the fall of communism in Albania during the last 15 years in Kosovo . Some are based on the assessment that feedback coming as a result of the identification of decisions in the field of standard language as an act of communists , others have sought personal or other reasons . It seems that such issues need to be explained in more complex and more essential . Below will give some explanations in the form of reflection of the state of society in Kosovo at the time when he admitted this problem and in view of the life of the standard language .
